Graduate School Project:
Miranda Grahl received her Diploma of Computer Science from the University of Bielefeld. In her study of Applied Computer Science in the Natural Sciences, she was focusing on artificial intelligence and cognitive systems. During her diploma thesis, she was collaborating with psychologists to analyze multi modal data presentations. Beside intelligent systems, she is interested in cognitive science and data mining methods.
She is currently pursuing a PhD at the CoR-Lab, whereas her PhD topic is 'Focus of attention on relevant multimodal aspects'. Her field of research focuses on learning mechanisms of active gaze control using visual and auditory modalities.
